It is with great excitement, we can share that today, the City of Newcastle is now also accepting Dual Occupancy Developments as Accelerated Development Applications (ADA’s).

Parker Scanlon is a formally Authorised Consultant for the City of Newcastle and can prepare and lodge ADA’s on behalf of a property owner.
