Mark Scanlon attended the 50th Anniversary of the Annual Consulting Surveyors (ACS) State Conference at NSW Parliament House on 6 August 2019.

On Thursday 16th May 2019, Mark Scanlon volunteered to speak to Year 10, 11 & 12 students from the local area at the Careers Day at Broadmeadow Racecourse extolling the joys of a career in Surveying. He was encouraged to see the great interest and looks forward to seeing these students enrol in tertiary education in Surveying at TAFE or University in the future.
Parker Scanlon held an exhibition at the Annual Tocal Field Days (3rd, 4th & 5th May 2019) sharing their knowledge and expertise about Surveying, Town Planning and Bushfire Assessments. It was wonderful to be part of this regional flagship event. www.tocalfielddays.com
In April 2019, Mark Scanlon attended the FIG (International Federation of Surveyors) Conference in Hanoi, Vietnam. This annual Conference brings together the international community of Surveyors and Spatial Professionals to discuss key trends and challenges within the Surveying profession with fellow peers. Mark is pictured with his wife Monica after the opening ceremony.
Mark Scanlon caught up with Gemma Sisia of the School of St Jude's and Student Godwin at Shoal Bay at the end of February. Parker Scanlon are continued proud supporters of this life-changing school in Tanzania.
The team at Parker Scanlon enjoyed a wonderful summer break and are currently gearing back up for a hot season ahead.

Staff of Parker Scanlon embraced the "decorate your work space in a Christmas theme" competiton, judged by one of Santa's helpers. The take up was a little slow at first but hit fever pitch just before yesterday's 5.00pm cut off.
Lots of fun was had and will continue to be had in this hard working and festive office.
